AI may increase the speed of work, but people still have limits. In this Learning Café, participants explore how attention, recovery, judgement and adaptation affect performance when AI becomes part of everyday work. Small-group conversations examine what organisations are trying to accelerate with AI, which human capacities become more important as a result and what may need to change in the way work is organised. You’ll leave with a Human Capacity Map and ideas for ensuring that increased use of AI does not come at the expense of human judgement and agency.

Founder and Human Systems Architect, Breathing Flame
Oscar Trelles is the founder of Breathing Flame and author of The Human OS Manual. He works at the intersection of human performance, organisational systems, and technology, examining how energy, attention, recovery and decision quality are shaped by the conditions in which people live and work. His career spans two decades across advertising, strategy, market research, startups, cybersecurity, and global commercial leadership. Today, he combines that operating experience with systemic coaching and applied human performance to develop practical frameworks for strengthening human capacity as organisations adopt increasingly capable AI systems. He is based in Málaga, Spain.
